Responsibilities
- Manage a new product ramp from initial design validation to mass production phase.
- Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations, and contract manufacturers.
- Support critical mechanical tooling fixture validation builds.
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain.
- Oversee and prioritize risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage equipment budget at the factory.
- Provide support for products in a sustaining environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in NPI operations management.
- Experience in the manufacturing supply chain.
- Preferred Master’s degree or MBA in relevant fields.
- Experience with Augmented Reality (AR) glasses.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time internationally.
