Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program teams within Google and with external partners for production ramp and product transitions.
- Plan and execute operations development activities, ensuring transitions to production meet cost, quality, and capacity parameters.
- Manage ramp readiness with internal teams and external partners, including material availability and capacity readiness.
- Motivate cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain while accounting for risks and changes in schedule or demand.
- Coordinate project schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with Google’s standards and processes during product development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience managing NPI programs for hardware manufacturing.
- Familiarity with networking, cloud, or data center environments.
- Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs) and assembly/test processes.
- Preferred: Bachelor's in Science or Master's in Engineering or relevant field.
- Preferred: Experience managing cross-functional projects.
