Responsibilities
- Own pre-production build matrices by proactively identifying stakeholders and collaborating with them to understand requirements.
- Create mitigation plans for material clear to build (CTB) issues while staying under budgeted configuration counts.
- Own configuration Build of Materials (BOM) by gathering multiple cross-functional inputs to create a detailed material list.
- Provide and maintain BOM changes throughout the build.
- Travel internationally to support hardware development builds as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage project schedules and identify risks.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep them updated on progress and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working with consumer hardware (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Understanding of hardware build of material (BOM) structures and change control concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills, including spreadsheet management.
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
