Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end rack system integration testing by defining system configurations and driving the development of test automation.
- Design network, power, and cooling infrastructure for end-to-end system testing.
- Drive development of test software and infrastructure to manage a fleet of test systems at scale.
- Develop quality data collection systems and visualize the data.
- Provide integrated software to synchronize test execution on Device-under-Test (DUT) with external instrumentation.
- Collaborate with hardware/software designers and test engineers on project planning and execution coordination.
- Manage lab budget, hiring, performance management, and team well-being.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in a hardware test technical environment or 3 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience with AC/DC power design and testing.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in relevant fields.
- Experience in signal integrity, power circuit testing, optical testing, and hardware test automation using Python.
- Proficiency with Linux or Unix operating systems and shell scripts.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
