Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing management efforts for GPU technologies.
- Advise on technical specifications and vendor roadmaps for new deployments.
- Collaborate with Hardware Engineering and Software/AI teams to define technical requirements.
- Manage supplier performance through business reviews focusing on technology alignment, cost, quality, and delivery.
- Conduct supplier negotiations and develop cost models.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in technical sourcing or sourcing management.
- 3 years of experience managing GPU or HPC hardware supply chains.
- Proficiency in agreement negotiation and vendor management.
- Expertise in ASIC or chip design and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI/ML workload requirements impacting GPU performance.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to executive leadership.
