Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing management efforts for GPU technologies.
- Advise on technical specifications and vendor roadmaps for new deployments.
- Collaborate with internal Hardware Engineering and Software/AI teams to define technical requirements.
- Manage supplier performance through business reviews focused on technology alignment, cost, quality, and delivery.
- Conduct supplier negotiations and define cost drivers.
- Develop cost models and establish should-cost analysis.
- Drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 12 years of experience in technical sourcing or sourcing management.
- 3 years of experience managing GPU, custom ASIC, or HPC hardware supply chains.
- Proficiency in agreement negotiation and vendor management.
- Expertise in ASIC or chip design and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI/ML workload requirements impacting GPU performance.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex topics to executive leadership.
