Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for silicon test services with global OSATs.
- Manage the life-cycle of customer owned tooling, including CAPEX planning and equipment deployment.
- Develop and maintain cost models for silicon testing to drive down costs.
- Serve as the global commercial lead for major OSATs and ATE vendors.
- Partner with Demand Planning and NPI teams to ensure test capacity is secured in advance of production ramps.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Analyze test methodologies and their commercial impacts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Experience in semiconductor sourcing and test operations.
- Preferred Master's degree in a technical field or MBA.
- Experience with leading ATE platforms and understanding of test methodologies.
- Ability to manage multi-million dollar contracts in the semiconductor space.
- Understanding of the "Back-end" supply chain processes.
