Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership in driving cross-functional Hardware and Quality projects.
- Establish and lead operating business processes for effective organization management.
- Partner closely across functions within the organization and with other parts of Google.
- Deliver strategic narratives through scaled communications and executive communication.
- Influence and enable global staffing strategies for the Global Hardware Quality organization.
- Manage programs and processes across distributed systems.
- Ensure the flawless operation of Google's AI infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations roles.
- Experience in a fast-moving hardware development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and investigative skills.
- Strong communication skills, including experience with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization.
