Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership in driving cross-functional Hardware and Quality projects.
- Establish and lead operating business processes for managing the organization.
- Partner closely across multiple functions within Google to understand issues and trends.
- Deliver strategic narratives through scaled communications and executive communication.
- Influence global staffing strategies for the Global Hardware Quality organization.
- Manage presentations and develop recommendations for company-level initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations roles.
- Experience in a high-tech industry with a focus on Manufacturing or Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization.
- Experience in a fast-moving hardware development environment.
