Responsibilities
- Support Advanced Manufacturing Engineers in developing manufacturing process solutions and capabilities.
- Strategize implementation of manufacturing processes for production and capacity planning.
- Develop manufacturing documentation for New Product Introduction.
- Establish and maintain manufacturing and quality processes for new technologies.
- Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to identify manufacturability opportunities.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners on build readiness and process validation.
- Solve design and manufacturing issues to meet project timelines for NPI launches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with a product data management (PDM) tool.
- 5 years of experience developing relationships with contract manufacturers/vendors.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with multi-geo teams.
- Ability to drive root cause analysis and continuous process improvements.
- Expertise in scaling processes with Contract Manufacturers (CM) and Joint Development Manufacturers (JDM).
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) opportunities.
