Responsibilities
- Support Advanced Manufacturing Engineers in developing manufacturing process solutions and capabilities.
- Strategize the implementation of manufacturing processes into established production and capacity planning.
- Develop manufacturing documentation (e.g., Bills of Materials, assembly drawings) for New Product Introduction.
- Establish and maintain manufacturing and quality processes and standards for new technologies.
- Collaborate with design and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners on build readiness and process validation.
- Solve design and manufacturing issues efficiently to meet project timelines for NPI launches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with product data management tools (e.g., SAP, Agile, Windchill).
- 5 years of experience developing technical relationships with contract manufacturers/vendors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multi-geo teams and manage projects across technologies.
- Experience in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous process improvements.
- Extensive understanding of tools and techniques for high-caliber infrastructure products.
- Track record in scaling processes with Contract Manufacturers and Joint Development Manufacturers.
