Responsibilities
- Collaborate with core teams to develop data center electrical designs for new projects and upgrades.
- Manage power system issues throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design to site installation.
- Generate scopes of work for equipment portions of infrastructure upgrades and update internal design specifications.
- Interface with global commodities, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to deliver electrical solutions.
- Prepare documentation including SOWs, TCO analysis, and commissioning reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
- Drive implementation of improvements based on technical expertise and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience with mission-critical facility infrastructure.
- 10 years of experience in electrical distribution systems.
- 5 years of experience with electrical design in commercial or industrial facilities.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Experience with automation and control systems (e.g., SCADA, BMS).
- Proficiency in software for electrical power systems design (e.g., ETAP, SKM).
