Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the gfLABS strategy and roadmap.
- Lead planning and execution of joint development programs.
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary execution team.
- Cultivate partnerships with suppliers, universities, and research institutions.
- Champion gfLABS initiatives through communication and ROI demonstration.
- Oversee gfLABS operations and manage budget planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems.
Job Requirements
- Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor R&D.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel 25–50%.
- Proven executive leadership and strategic planning experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
