Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with Product, Program, and Engineering leaders to synchronize development cycles.
- Draft and track Program Milestones with success criteria.
- Own the Program Risk Register and resolve critical bottlenecks.
- Lead Program, Risk, and Milestone Reviews, coaching peers on best practices.
- Manage the Jira Align/Jira/Confluence ecosystem for reporting and insights.
- Forecast resource needs and ensure compliance with standards.
- Occasionally travel to Michigan locations as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management or Engineering.
- 5+ years leading AV programs from inception to launch.
- Technical fluency in AV/ADAS platforms and related technologies.
- Expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies, familiar with tools like Jira.
- Experience in software and hardware delivery within Automotive OEM processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
