Responsibilities
- Own the reliability triage framework for AV software, categorizing failures from various environments.
- Perform deep debugging and root-cause analysis across autonomy software and ML pipelines.
- Design automated triage mechanisms and reliability taxonomies.
- Build and govern reliability data pipelines for stability trends.
- Translate reliability findings into communication that influences engineering priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability is prioritized in engineering decisions.
- Operate autonomously in high-ambiguity, safety-critical environments.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Proven experience with CI/CD systems.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Solid understanding of reliability engineering concepts.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills in large-scale software systems.
- Experience with simulation and system-level test signals.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
