Responsibilities
- Own the reliability triage framework for AV software, categorizing failures and providing actionable insights.
- Perform deep debugging and root-cause analysis across autonomy software and ML pipelines.
- Design and evolve automated triage mechanisms to improve regression and flakiness detection.
- Build and govern reliability data pipelines for continuous visibility into stability trends.
- Translate reliability findings into decision-grade communication for engineering and safety stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and other technical teams to enhance reliability.
- Operate autonomously in high-ambiguity, safety-critical environments.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for automation and analysis.
- Experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines for system health monitoring.
- Solid understanding of reliability engineering concepts, including regression tracking.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills in large-scale software systems.
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
