Responsibilities
- Apply classroom knowledge to support defense-related projects.
- Collaborate with engineers on code reviews and maintain code quality.
- Research and apply new technologies to solve customer challenges.
- Develop software and systems products in a UNIX, Linux, and/or Windows environment.
- Complete assigned tasks as part of a software development team.
- Update information systems and populate data repositories.
- Document various data processes and follow security protocols.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in a relevant engineering discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot and React/Redux.
- Knowledge of tools such as Gradle, NodeJS, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency with IDEs and Microsoft Office applications.
- Completion of relevant coursework in programming, data structures, and systems.
