Responsibilities
- Design advanced electronic hardware for mission-critical systems.
- Conduct requirements analysis and schematic capture.
- Define routing constraints and oversee PCB/PWB routing.
- Support manufacturing, integration, testing, and qualification processes.
- Utilize lab test equipment including multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance system capabilities.
- Apply knowledge of VITA/VPX standards in design processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of job-related experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
- Experience designing PCBs/PWBs using Siemens Xpedition or similar tools.
- Understanding of the hardware development process and design for manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for driving innovation and collaboration.
