Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and excellence in the Radar Technologies group.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of engineers.
- Establish and maintain team expectations and conduct performance management.
- Ensure appropriate resources and skillsets are available for the team.
- Foster collaboration and build consensus for technical solutions across departments.
- Lead multi-functional engineering teams to execute programs within cost and schedule parameters.
- Represent the group to external customer stakeholders and support proposal development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or a related technical field.
- 15 or more years of progressively complex engineering experience.
- Previous experience in technical and personnel leadership.
- Proven ability to apply engineering principles and project management skills.
- Experience in developing and integrating hardware and software.
- Direct technical expertise with Multi-Mode Radars and Electronic Warfare systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-focused skills.
