Responsibilities
- Collaborate on Grid Reliability Projects to analyze and improve grid systems.
- Support the integration of renewable energy sources like solar and wind into the grid.
- Gather and analyze data related to grid operations and renewable energy integration.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support electrification and decarbonization initiatives.
- Utilize analytical skills to propose innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes and research findings.
- Communicate insights effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in relevant fields.
- Minimum cumulative or in-major GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Commitment to working full time (40 hrs/wk) during the internship.
- Graduating between December 2026 or May 2027.
- Passion for grid engineering and renewable energy integration.
- Strong analytical skills and collaborative mindset.
- Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in relevant areas.
