Responsibilities
- Audit workflows across Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Global Sourcing, and Compliance to identify and fix bottlenecks.
- Own the evaluation, procurement, and deployment of AI tools and automation software across Operations.
- Bridge gaps between departments to create seamless, automated information flows.
- Act as an internal consultant to identify and implement quick wins that relieve team workloads.
- Map broken processes and deploy necessary automation and AI tools.
- Develop internal tools and automations using programming languages like Python and SQL.
- Stand up dashboards and data visualizations to operationalize solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Systems Engineering, or Technical Product Management in a hardware or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in modern ERPs, MES, and PLM systems, and practical experience with AI tools and RPA.
- Strong interpersonal skills to drive change across a flat organization.
- Experience in building internal tools and automations and integrating systems via APIs.
- Ability to work hands-on with messy processes to find automation solutions.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- A builder mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
