Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Engineer will support factory startup operations by optimizing processes, capacity planning, and collaborating with various internal teams.

• Create and improve capacity models for production startup and ramp plans.
• Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Support daily production control meetings and lead root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Operations to resolve bottlenecks and staffing issues.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Improve layout and design for production spaces.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience, or advanced degree without experience.
• Skills in capacity analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and Microsoft Office.
• Project Management and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in manufacturing settings and follow safety procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
