Responsibilities
- Design and develop power conversion electronics for electric vehicle applications.
- Design and develop mixed signal circuits for power electronics applications.
- Perform complex circuit analysis, magnetics analysis, thermal analysis, and control analysis.
- Conduct design failure analysis and support functional safety activities.
- Engage in hands-on hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
- Support testing team with development of validation test plans and end-of-line test specifications.
- Collaborate with software engineers, mechanical engineers, project management, and supply chain.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with power electronics design.
- In-depth knowledge of power electronics fundamentals and hardware development.
- Experience with layout practices for signal integrity and manufacturability.
- Knowledge of magnetics design for power electronics converters.
- Familiarity with circuit simulation software (Simulink, LTSPICE, PLECS).
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment and hardware troubleshooting.
- BS, MS, or PhD degree in electronics engineering.
