Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel brakes, steering, wheel, tire, and suspension concepts.
- Challenge and define design requirements based on regulations and product attributes.
- Assess and validate manufacturing and service feasibility of design proposals.
- Design, analyze, build, and test prototypes at various levels.
- Evaluate braking, steering, ride, and handling attributes in vehicles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive or related field, preferably EV.
- Strong engineering fundamentals applicable to vehicle systems.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, preferably with Catia and 3D Experience.
- Excellent technical collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with mechanical and electromechanical systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of chassis systems and vehicle dynamics fundamentals.
