Responsibilities
- Develop firmware for an upcoming core product line.
- Collaborate with the Firmware Engineering team to expand product and platform test coverage.
- Utilize Python and cloud-based systems to create scripts and tools for testing procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand firmware requirements and improve firmware.
- Participate in research and data analysis for specific testing projects.
- Assist with process improvements and documentation related to testing procedures.
- Gain hands-on experience in testing hardware and developing software components.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in Everett, WA for the summer.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in embedded software development concepts, including C/C++ and Python.
- Experience with modular or object-oriented software development.
- Familiarity with revision control software (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities to engage with diverse teams.
