Responsibilities
- Define vehicle-level architecture and capabilities aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct system-level trades to drive innovation in vehicle design.
- Analyze and optimize mass, delta V, power, and data budgets.
- Chair design and milestone reviews to meet program standards.
- Develop innovative solutions for vehicle design and operations.
- Manage program risks and communicate impacts across departments.
- Provide real-time support for integrated operations during missions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years in spacecraft/subsystem development and operations.
- 5+ years in a leadership role within aerospace.
- Subject matter expert in spacecraft or space systems engineering.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong understanding of orbital mechanics and engineering fundamentals.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
