Responsibilities
- Define vehicle-level architecture, capabilities, specifications, and interdisciplinary optimization.
- Conduct system-level trades and drive innovation in vehicle design.
- Analyze and optimize mass, delta V, power, and data budgets.
- Chair vehicle-level design and milestone reviews.
- Develop innovative solutions for vehicle design and operations.
- Manage program risks and provide real-time support for integrated operations.
- Collaborate with various departments and act as the primary technical point of contact.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years in spacecraft/subsystem development and operations.
- 5+ years in aerospace in a leadership role.
- Subject matter expert in spacecraft or space systems.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong understanding of orbital mechanics.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
