Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day run plan support and troubleshooting in collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain.
- Offer off-hours support for abnormal and non-routine operations, including unit outages and turnarounds.
- Deliver unit optimization guidance based on Technical Center analysis and recommendations.
- Participate in quality investigations in response to customer feedback and off-spec events.
- Lead and/or participate in incident investigations and follow-up actions.
- Participate in outages and turnarounds, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
- Engage in Risk Assessments and HAZOPs.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
- 3+ years of chemical manufacturing plant experience.
- Skills in Process Monitoring & Optimization, Problem Solving & Troubleshooting.
- Experience in Incident Investigation & Analysis and Data Visualization.
- Knowledge of Fundamentals of Safety & Risk.
- Key behavioral skills: Adaptability, Analytical thinking, Effective communication, Initiative.
- Preferred experience with Polyolefins, Extrusion & Finishing, and Solids Handling.
