Responsibilities
- Work in an R&D environment, testing hardware and software prototypes.
- Evaluate new technologies and perform competitive product analysis.
- Assist with support issues and create detailed documentation for new products.
- Document, test, and stage products for tradeshows and demonstrations.
- Help with the installation, testing, and maintenance of AV and UC technology.
- Emphasize on Architectural Connectivity solutions and support video/audio switching.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, sales, and marketing teams.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 2 or more years of relevant engineering work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to sheet metal fabrication and plastic forming.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Familiarity with lab bench testing tools and typical shop tools.
- Ability to lift loads up to 25 pounds and work at various heights.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
