Responsibilities

  • Perform material failure investigations and analyze new tools/materials.
  • Conduct equipment calibrations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintain records for materials and equipment.
  • Support incident investigation and analysis.
  • Conduct destructive and non-destructive examinations of tools and materials.
  • Prepare reports documenting studies, results, and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Laboratory Science, Process Safety) required.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in failure analysis or quality control.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with current software tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Understanding of Federal and state compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage and analyze technical data effectively.
