Responsibilities
- Perform material failure investigations and analyze new tools/materials.
- Conduct equipment calibrations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain records for materials and equipment.
- Support incident investigation and analysis.
- Conduct destructive and non-destructive examinations of tools and materials.
- Prepare reports documenting studies, results, and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Laboratory Science, Process Safety) required.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in failure analysis or quality control.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with current software tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Understanding of Federal and state compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage and analyze technical data effectively.
