Responsibilities
- Own the translation layer between AI algorithms and hardware specifications.
- Define model partitioning and tiling strategies for efficient execution on custom silicon.
- Maintain canonical reference implementations in JAX and PyTorch.
- Project performance using cycle-accurate simulators and validate architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with the SDK team to ensure model accuracy on hardware.
- Address hardware-aware machine learning challenges and optimize model execution.
- Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions for telecommunications.
Job Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Transformer architectures and their hardware implications.
- Experience in hardware-aware machine learning and performance modeling.
- Proficiency in JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, especially in the compilation layer.
- Familiarity with SystemC and transaction-level modeling.
- Understanding of AI applications in telecommunications.
- Experience with numeric sensitivity in complex-valued AI models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work at the intersection of research and silicon.
