Responsibilities
- Conduct materials analysis and test part characterization for next-generation products.
- Develop and improve process and metrology data collection for grinding and surface finishing projects.
- Analyze and document data during grinding and surface finishing process development.
- Organize and update existing documents and provide data collection support.
- Track and document ceramic materials related to grinding and surface finishing processes.
- Support process improvement for next-generation products in grinding and surface finishing.
- Document and transfer ALD coating processes and updates for operations and quality.
Job Requirements
- Experience with mechanical and microstructural analysis of ceramics is a plus.
- Knowledge of grinding & lapping processes and surface finishing technologies.
- Familiarity with data collection, analysis (Statistics, DOE), and reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP and SolidWorks is a plus.
- Must be a currently enrolled student.
- Available to work 40 hours a week during the co-op period.
- Must meet university requirements for co-op participation.
