Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production line and operations manager to drive initiatives for efficiency improvement.
- Assist in continuous improvement (CI) projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and achieving corporate objectives.
- Apply manufacturing best practices to ensure safety, quality, reliability, and predictability.
- Identify problems, analyze information, and develop process solutions.
- Direct and control processes in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Engage with diverse teams to foster collaboration and problem-solving.
- Contribute to a culture of ownership and innovation in process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled student majoring in Industrial Engineering.
- Graduation date of December 2026 or later.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week during the co-op period.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills using engineering principles.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom and ability to lift 30lbs.
- Must not require immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
