Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Operations team to drive initiatives that eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Assist in continuous improvement (CI) projects to enhance operational efficiency and support corporate objectives.
- Apply manufacturing best practices to ensure safety, quality, reliability, and predictability.
- Identify problems and develop process solutions in collaboration with teams.
- Direct and control processes in line with defined policies and procedures.
- Work with diverse teams to influence and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills using engineering principles.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled student majoring in Industrial Engineering.
- Available to work 40 hours a week from July to December.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team with diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated hands-on problem-solving abilities.
- Must lift 30lbs and work in a cleanroom environment.
- Familiarity with university co-op program requirements.
