Responsibilities
- Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes and equipment.
- Conducts quality assurance tests and performs statistical analysis on products.
- Audits quality systems for deficiencies and implements corrective measures.
- Plans and coordinates quality engineering functions for assigned product lines.
- Develops and implements quality metrics to drive manufacturing improvements.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and quality management standards.
- Conducts training on quality processes as needed.
Job Requirements
- BS or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- Generally 8-10 years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
- Previous DMIR experience is required.
- Knowledge of 14 CFR Part 21 and aircraft documentation.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
