Responsibilities
- Conduct functional analysis of non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports.
- Evaluate the impact of technical dispositions on production schedules, safety, quality, and costs.
- Interface with internal and external engineering teams on non-conformity analysis.
- Approve and present major non-conformities to local authorities.
- Validate supplier dispositions for non-conformities.
- Initiate design revision processes for design errors.
- Provide troubleshooting support during production line and flights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Executive Aviation electrical/avionic specialization.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical harness manufacturing and certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CATIA (training available).
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer focus.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work safely and adhere to regulatory requirements.
