Responsibilities
- Assist with process engineering and optimization initiatives
- Create and update routings and Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Perform time studies and analyze manufacturing data
- Prepare, validate, and test data within the ERP system
- Support documentation efforts, including process updates and SOPs
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams
- Participate in training related to manufacturing processes and ERP systems
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
- Interest in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and data analysis
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Exposure to ERP or PLM systems is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing environment
