Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and revise manufacturing work instructions.
  • Learn routing structure within the ERP system and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure processes conform to safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct time studies to update standard times and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in rapid improvement events and continuous improvement activities.
  • Contribute to PFMEA reviews for process failure mitigation.
  • Utilize SolidWorks for designing fixtures/tooling and 3D printing.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering discipline at an accredited institution.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship.
  • Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency to deliver results.
