Responsibilities
- Create, update, and revise manufacturing work instructions.
- Learn routing structure within the ERP system and suggest improvements.
- Ensure processes conform to safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct time studies to update standard times and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in rapid improvement events and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to PFMEA reviews for process failure mitigation.
- Utilize SolidWorks for designing fixtures/tooling and 3D printing.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an engineering discipline at an accredited institution.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship.
- Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency to deliver results.
