Responsibilities
- Lead a management team of hardware, software/firmware, mechanical, and test engineers globally.
- Develop engineering strategies for data center infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand evolving requirements.
- Oversee new product development introductions (NPI).
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management for product lifecycle management.
- Initiate cost reduction efforts while maintaining performance and quality.
- Maintain a technology roadmap with an emphasis on digitalization and energy efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Master's in Engineering or MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in product engineering.
- Expertise in developing data center infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in leading global engineering teams.
- Background in power electronics and product development lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in building high-performance teams.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
