Responsibilities
- Track daily KPIs to maximize output and supply availability.

Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience.
- Experience leading teams of 20+.
- Background in autonomous vehicles or robotics.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
