Responsibilities

  • Track daily KPIs and enhance operational output and supply availability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with operations team managers and service teams.
  • Refine daily and weekly processes for managing real-time operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners for resource allocation and operational understanding.
  • Provide operational solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Lead incident response and provide guidance during operational discrepancies.
  • Navigate ambiguity to support tactical and strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in operations management.
  • Experience leading teams of 20 or more.
  • Background in autonomous vehicles or robotics.
  • Strong belief in continuous improvement.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and completion of MVR.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
