Responsibilities
- Track daily KPIs and enhance operational output and supply availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with operations team managers and service teams.
- Refine daily and weekly processes for managing real-time operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners for resource allocation and operational understanding.
- Provide operational solutions to complex technical problems.
- Lead incident response and provide guidance during operational discrepancies.
- Navigate ambiguity to support tactical and strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in operations management.
- Experience leading teams of 20 or more.
- Background in autonomous vehicles or robotics.
- Strong belief in continuous improvement.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and completion of MVR.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
