Responsibilities
- Support and service PLC systems utilized in plant operations.
- Work with suppliers on machinery design for steel wire stranding.
- Develop custom applications to improve performance and efficiency.
- Implement automation systems for safety and efficiency improvements.
- Define electrical and control system development strategies.
- Lead design reviews for electrical systems to meet requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting support for electrical and control system issues.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PLC systems.
- Proven experience in DC to AC conversions and automated systems.
- Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally.
- Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
