Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate support to sales representatives regarding special applications, systems, or pricing.
- Review plans and specifications related to Modular Solutions products.
- Select and quote products associated with the design of Modular Solutions.
- Communicate with customers to evaluate and understand their needs.
- Keep informed on new products and competitive models in the marketplace.
- Configure products and services to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct product training for sales representatives and customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of Sales Applications Engineering experience.
- General understanding of hydronic systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite software.
- Estimating experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCad & 3D Modeling.
