Co-op (Spring Term)

The role involves hiring interns or co-ops for various engineering positions within the Defense industry at Curtiss-Wright, focusing on multiple engineering disciplines including Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

• Assist in engineering projects related to defense and commercial nuclear sectors.
• Support manufacturing engineering initiatives.
• Participate in stress and thermal engineering tasks.
• Engage in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop project schedules as a project control analyst.
• Contribute to logistics and inventory control efforts.
• Work on product design and engineering processes.

• Enrollment in a relevant engineering program (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
