Responsibilities
- Work with senior engineers to learn about the product area.
- Gain exposure to different specialties within Systems Engineering.
- Develop an understanding of the program lifecycle stages, from development to sustainment.
- Participate in data analysis and system integration tasks.
- Engage in test development and verification processes.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of engineers across disciplines.
- Acquire hands-on experience with various systems engineering artifacts.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is preferred.
