Responsibilities
- Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products.
- Design, analyze, and optimize analog, digital, and RF circuits for avionics applications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Perform schematic capture, PWB layout coordination, and design documentation.
- Support transition-to-production activities and provide technical support for production teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and design reviews.
- Lead or influence technical efforts within a multidisciplinary team.
Job Requirements
- Degree in STEM with minimum 5 years experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
- Demonstrated experience in analog, digital, and/or RF circuit design.
- Proficiency in electrical engineering fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with engineering tools and test equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with avionics product lines and relevant design processes.
