Responsibilities

  • Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products and contribute to new product development.
  • Design, analyze, and optimize analog, digital, and RF circuits for high-performance avionics applications.
  • Collaborate with teams across various disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Perform schematic capture, PWB layout coordination, and design documentation.
  • Support transition-to-production activities and provide troubleshooting and technical support for production teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and design reviews.
  • Lead or influence technical efforts within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in STEM and minimum 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in analog, digital, and/or RF circuit design.
  • Proficiency in electrical engineering fundamentals and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with engineering tools and test equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) concepts.
