Responsibilities

  • Apply research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical systems.
  • Produce models for components, parts, subassemblies, and assemblies.
  • Execute tests for systems, subsystems, and components with technical oversight.
  • Analyze test results in relation to design specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Document development, analysis, and test data.
  • Follow design, safety, and qualification standards in development programs.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
  • Experience with Solidworks or similar 3D CAD software preferred.
  • Familiarity with ANSYS or other mechanical analysis software preferred.
  • Motivation and passion for the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Richardson, TX.
