Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance test yields and production throughput.
- Identify test failure trends and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze performance and reliability of test equipment to reduce downtime.
- Conduct capacity planning and utilization analysis for staffing and equipment needs.
- Improve existing test fixtures and equipment for better performance.
- Provide technical support for the product test process and assist floor technicians.
- Train test technicians on products and test systems.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
- Basic understanding of statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
- Knowledge of Lean electronics principles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in analyzing and resolving technical issues.
