Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance test yields and production throughput.
  • Identify test failure trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze performance and reliability of test equipment to reduce downtime.
  • Conduct capacity planning and utilization analysis for staffing and equipment needs.
  • Improve existing test fixtures and equipment for better performance.
  • Provide technical support for the product test process and assist floor technicians.
  • Train test technicians on products and test systems.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
  • Basic understanding of statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
  • Knowledge of Lean electronics principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving technical issues.
  • Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
