Manufacturing Electrical Engineer I (Onsite)

The Manufacturing Electrical Engineer I role involves supporting product lines in Melbourne, FL, by developing, verifying, and sustaining test processes, equipment, and procedures for manufacturing Collins Aerospace products.

• Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance test yields and production throughput.
• Identify component test failure trends and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze test processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Provide technical support for the entire product test process.
• Develop knowledge of assigned test systems and hardware.
• Train floor test technicians on products and test systems.
• Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of basic statistics and Lean electronics.
• Problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with analytical skills to resolve issues.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
