Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance test yields and overall product quality.
  • Identify and analyze component test failure trends; implement corrective actions.
  • Study and establish solutions for decreasing test equipment downtime.
  • Analyze test processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for staffing needs.
  • Select and order capital test equipment based on cost/payback analysis.
  • Conduct process flow analysis and implement improvements for safety, quality, and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
  • Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify alternate solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams.
  • Experience with equipment and factory layouts.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with safety, quality, and productivity improvement processes.
