Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional team efforts to improve test yields and production throughput.
- Identify component test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
- Analyze performance and reliability of existing test equipment to decrease downtime.
- Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for accurate staffing.
- Select and order capital test equipment using cost/payback analysis.
- Improve existing test fixtures and equipment for better performance.
- Conduct Process Flow analysis and implement improvements.
Job Requirements
- University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify alternate solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize while adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience with equipment and factory layouts.
- Passion for LEAN principles and processes.
