Responsibilities
- Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage component obsolescence identification and mitigation.
- Troubleshoot hardware and process issues at the circuit card assembly level.
- Support transition-to-production activities and provide hands-on troubleshooting.
- Perform schematic capture and design documentation.
- Investigate failure trends for root cause and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in STEM and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
- Proficiency in electrical engineering fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with engineering tools and test equipment.
- Experience with schematic capture tools and interpreting complex schematics.
- Proven ability to lead technical efforts within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical information.
- Knowledge of avionics product lines and FAA Technical Standard Orders preferred.
