Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical, cost, and schedule performance on large-scale programs.
- Ensure alignment with organizational and strategic objectives.
- Manage scope, risk, change, and configuration management.
- Collaborate with Program Management and Functional Leaders for optimal performance.
- Develop and justify Estimates to Complete and Engineering Program Reviews.
- Represent Engineering in Program Management Reviews.
- Mentor team members to foster collaboration and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Previous senior engineering leadership experience.
- Experience in system architecture and integration management.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions.
- Active and transferable Secret clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
- Typically requires a degree in STEM and 12 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience with Agile methodologies and satellite communication systems.
