Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and technical leadership for Advanced Transceiver projects.
- Collaborate with customers to develop differentiated technology.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of advanced R&D initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical and business leaders to establish priorities and allocate resources.
- Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with industry groups to stay current and influence industry trends.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- More than ten years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
- Proven track record in managing large, complex engineering teams and projects.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep technical understanding of transceiver technologies.
- Ability to engage with internal and external teams effectively.
- Existing relationships with major transceiver customers are a plus.
