Responsibilities
- Define and drive the OCS technology and product roadmap.
- Lead system-level design of large-scale optical fabrics.
- Build and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organization.
- Deliver OCS platforms from concept to production.
- Engage with hyperscale customers and ecosystem partners.
- Drive innovation and IP strategy.
- Ensure manufacturing scalability and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Experience in photonics/optical design, ASIC/control electronics, firmware, and mechanical engineering.
- Proven ability to deliver platforms from concept through high-volume production.
- Strong customer engagement skills with hyperscale customers.
- Knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and reliability engineering.
- Experience in building and managing an IP strategy and patent portfolio.
- Excellent leadership and innovation capabilities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards related to quality and environmental management.
