Responsibilities
- Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging.
- Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
- Support personnel in the preparation of detailed design and testing.
- Provide design information for packaging documentation.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams on infrastructure needs and product specifications.
- Utilize 3D CAD software for design purposes.
- Troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues.
Job Requirements
- Degree or certification in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, NX).
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with simulation/analysis tools (e.g., FEA, CFD, ANSYS) is preferred.
