Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
- Experience overseeing multiple development cycles and shipping electromechanical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to balance quick shipping with quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel to solar construction sites.
- Experience in developing automation and robotics systems is a plus.
