Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
- Experience overseeing development cycles and shipping complex electromechanical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel to solar construction sites.
- Experience developing automation and robotics systems is a plus.
