Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, testing, or manufacturing of mechanical, electrical, or software systems for robotic factories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering challenges affecting production timelines.
  • Document work and create validation/test procedures.
  • Develop tools/automation to improve engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Own and drive a project forward throughout the summer.
  • Participate in customer field deployments to see work in action.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with robotics projects.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
  • Ability to relocate to the SF Bay Area for summer 2026.
  • Excited to work with large robots.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools, programming languages, or electrical design software is a plus.
  • Experience with mechanical systems, embedded systems, or factory automation is desirable.
