Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, testing, or manufacturing of mechanical, electrical, or software systems for robotic factories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering challenges affecting production timelines.
- Document work and create validation/test procedures.
- Develop tools/automation to improve engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Own and drive a project forward throughout the summer.
- Participate in customer field deployments to see work in action.
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with robotics projects.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
- Ability to relocate to the SF Bay Area for summer 2026.
- Excited to work with large robots.
- Familiarity with CAD tools, programming languages, or electrical design software is a plus.
- Experience with mechanical systems, embedded systems, or factory automation is desirable.
