Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, testing, or manufacturing of mechanical, electrical, or software systems for the robotic factory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering challenges affecting production timelines.
- Document work and create validation/test procedures.
- Develop tools and automation to improve engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Own and drive a project throughout the summer internship.
- Possibly travel to customer field deployments.
- Engage in hands-on work with robotics and manufacturing systems.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with robotics projects.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to work in the SF Bay Area for the summer.
- Interest in mitigating climate change through technology.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and programming languages is a plus.
- Comfortable with hands-on work in a shop/factory environment.
