Responsibilities
- Develop power electronics circuits and systems through all stages of the development process.
- Design isolated and non-isolated DC-DC converters and solar power converters.
- Create hardware designs including product roadmaps, block diagrams, and PCB layouts.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers for product manufacturing and testing.
- Present engineering design review materials to customers and the executive team.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in proposal-writing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with space electronics design and qualification standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 14 years of experience in power electronics design and troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience in designing power electronics products from concept to deployment.
- Proficiency in electronics design tools (e.g., Altium) and PCB layout.
- Experience with SPICE-based circuit simulation and power integrity tools.
- Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
